Chuck Rottinghaus

As a partner and CFO, Chuck oversees the agency finance, operations, IT and human resources and manages several accounts.  With the heart of an entrepreneur, Chuck has served as a font of information for many Words At Work clients since 2000, delivering innovative ideas and up-to-the-minute industry insights for marketing initiatives and strategic planning. He has deep experience in marketing automation, SEO, website development and digital content strategy.

Previously, Chuck held leadership roles with Honeywell in finance, marketing and operations. Chuck earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato and his MBA with a strategic planning emphasis from the University of St. Thomas. But what he enjoys most about his role outside of a large organization is the seeing the impact he can have on colleagues and clients’ businesses.
